Search Tips - What size of property are you looking for?

This search criterion inter relates with "how many bedrooms are required".
If, for example, you were a group of four students wanting to live together and with no one else you would choose four beds in both categories.
If you are searching by your self and wish to live by your self, you will choose that you want one bedroom and then choose a "one bed roomed" property. If you are searching by your self, but you wish to live with other students you would choose one bedroom in "any size property". If you are a couple, wishing to live by your selves you will choose two beds in a one bed roomed property.
