Hi Im a UOB student looking for someone to takeover my room tenancy, its a 11th floor(top floor) student studio located in Five Ways(10 mins to UOB) and 265 per week for 51 weeks(12 months from 6th sep 2025) all bill included, do you have any interest in this room�� We can discuss about the price and you can find someone to takeover if you take it and you don't want to live there any more ����
