Hi everyone. I’m a UoB student currently taking a year out, so I need someone to take over my tenancy at 133 Hubert Road (Selly Oak, B29). Details: 6-bed, 3-bath student house Current housemates: all UoB undergrads Rent: £480/month (through Easy Lettings) Tenancy until June 2026 Deposit + contract handled officially by Easy Lettings Great location close to campus + Selly Oak amenities 3D virtual tour available on Easy Lettings website (“133 Hubert Road”) It’s a well-managed student property, and I’d love to find another UoB student who’s looking for housing to take my place.
